1. That portal will not work on WEP network should be clearly posted on webpage

   You should clearly indicate that portal will not work on a WEP network. Since that is what I have, I may have to return both portals that I purchased. What a hassle!!

3. Functionality for users in the UK

4. Video stops playing when screen rotates

   Whenever you are playing YouTube, Allrecipes.com videos, or using Hulu on the desktop version of the browser, if you rotate the screen, the video will stop and cannot be resumed until you rotate the screen back to the original position it was in when the video started playing.

    If traveling to visit by car allow traveler to enter location, GPS itinerary, and ETA to avoid calls, texts and messages inquiring about when they’ll arrive. Therefore reducing distracted driving.

14. Portal Plus Design Feedback

    From a design perspective, I really like the size of Portal Plus screen compared to the Portal, but a couple things about the design are a bit annoying. I just wanted to provide this general feedback:

    1. I always end up accidentally touching the touch buttons on the top as I'm either resting my hand or turning the screen. I'd rather they be on the front.

    2. The bump/square on the back is kind of big. I realize that it needs to be there for sound, and probably balance to prevent tipping over. I try to hide it by centering it over a gap between my stand and behind the refrigerator but the power cable isn't centered so I can't even do that. It basically has a tablet on it, Id think all the brains could fit in there and the base back could be smaller/thinner. It doesn't need to be lighter. Thinking like iMac base.

    3. Angle: When I'm close to the Portal Plus to interact with it, the angle isn't quite enough for me to see it clearly. I'd like it to be able to tilt back just ever so slightly more than it is.

    I still love it and the size of screen and rotation is a true revelation compared to the regular Portal. I can't wait to see where else this goes.

    I was able to discover more apps and websites when I set this one up that, maybe due to screen orientation, I didn't come across on regular Portal. I'll check that again when I give it to my parents.

16. Bringing JOY to seniors

    I am lucky enough to have a group of Men (13) who have been entertaining seniors at the home for the last 22 years, and recently been doing LIVE concerts at my home using the PORTAL as a LIVE device and has been going quite well up until March 17th when our in home concert had to be almost cancelled as we couldn't find the LIVE ...how disappointing to our audience of 900 plus ....eventually i had to use my iPhone and we got through a concert. After March 17th 2021 and Christmas Concert 2022 we had been asked to do this again for our SENIORS because of COVID this tool has been a MUST and will continue to be a MUST. I am hoping the production team will rethink this and ADD the facebook LIVE once again for the enjoyment or so many

But, when a small child crawls or walks, it is only on the floor at the bottom of the picture and that is not good. I should be able to have my/our picture at the top - left or right. Having at the bottom (and at the left in our case) is very frustrating. I do know that I can turn it off (minimize it), but that does not please my wife when she wants to make sure we are in frame. 18. Watching everyday UK TV like freeview channels?

    Please I have found Plex TV and this works well but is all US TV channels, interesting to see their news or take on UK news. Is it possible to add UK everyday channels to free Plex TV or is it possible to offer another App which does this on Portal TV. I use my portal a lot it also have Amazon Prime Video but my TV aerial is not great and I would like to watch normal UK TV via internet over an App.

20. FB Live Commenting

    I haven’t seen anything in reference as to Why when I am looking at a Facebook live on watch I’m unable to read comments and I am unable to comment. It would be much easier if we were able to provide comments when watching a live or at least read them when they are coming up
