  1. Remember Portal TV's User Orientation Mode

    Portal TV always starts video streams with the user's thumbnail window in Portrait mode. And... I always have to switch video streams to my preferred Landscape mode.

    Code it so that Portal TV remembers and starts in the user's last thumbnail window mode chosen by the user of the account. In may case, it would always stay in Landscape.

  2. Live streaming needs video controls added

    The Livestream functionality is ok but needs to connect to pages and groups, which I know you are working on, but also requires advanced camera controls to disable smart camera and tracking. This functionality is available for normal calls, we need it for Live-streams too

  4. cannot get past english screen will not move to next screen for set up

    CANNOT GET TO NEXT SCREEN WILL NOT MOVE TO NEXT SCREEN IN ORDER TO SETUP IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH PORTAL

  5. Support for group meets up to 20

    I could really use my portal for my yoga online classes during the current pandemic. Currently I am doing online classes which used to be in person. Since we now can’t meet in person I have been having Zoom meetings using my iPad on a tripod. This has its limits and the software pan and zoom of my portal would be SO MUCH BETTER. the reason I cannot is the seven student limit. I would not need to interact with them all but it would be nice to see anyone that requested my attention. I hope I have left this…

  8. Make Whatsapp integration better, so that a Facebook/Instagram account isn't needed to use most/all Portal's features

    Bought Portal for family use/elderly parents, who don't have Facebook or instagram accounts. Should be able to setup and use Portal's features without a FB/Insta account.

  9. Allow a user to mark one of their facebook friends as a trusted contact.

    When the trusted contact calls, the portal auto answers the call. This is useful as I have an elderly parent that can't physically manipulate the screen or consistently remember the voice commands to answer.

  10. Allow users to save and upload videos

    Please allow users to save and upload personal videos of themselves and others they are having conversations with. It could work by requiring that all call participants check a box at the beginning of the call to agree to save the footage. It would be great for video journaling, home movies, virtual family reunions, craft tutorials and sharing baking recipes.

  11. Add the ability to except more then one incoming calls.

    My 92 year old mom is in lock down in a nursing home. She can except a call into the portal but when a second family member calls in and she excepts that call the same way, the first call gets disconnected and then connects to the incoming call. Apparently a second call cannot be taken. The only way to have multiple calls is for her to call in from her end. Very disappointed with this fact.

  13. It would be good to allow more than 4 to WhatsApp

  14. Facebook Live for Business

    Love the device and the idea of it but it makes no sense that we can not broadcast Live to our business pages. You require a personal page to operate a business page. I operate three and we do lives from each page independently. Having to start on our personal and share to our business page is inefficient.

  17. App for full remote access to settings

    You need to add option on portal app so portal settings can be adjusted remotely. This would help as in our case mother in-law who is 90 technology challenged as well as English/ language barrier ... if we had option on app to dial into her portal and fix things like her volume for example would be a big help
