Portal Voice Support in French
To make calls using the assistant, it must be set in English. It doesn’t support French. Alexa does, but the call command can’t be used with Alexa, so French users are stuck without voice assistance.

Use phone as mic and speaker for Portal TV
The video on Portal TV is amazing both ends. However at a distance sound is not as convenient as talking on the phone.
Maybe a conduit app that works as a remote and takes advantage of the proximity pf phone mic and speaker. Also much easier to connect bluetooth headphones to phone vs portal tv.

Make portal more accessible to non Facebook users
Make Portal more accessible as a global video calling solution. Create video calling numbers making portal a video calling solution for those who choose not to have Facebook account. It would be good for senior citizens like my dad who will never navigate through Facebook easily just dial a number like he would on his phone but will be able to make video calls for free. Currently had to set him up with an account and need to add contacts. Which is a pain. For myself I may want to make a video call tto someone but not necessarily have…

Please bring Facebook Live-App also to PortalTV and not just to Touchscreen Models.

It'd be great to be able to call mobile/landline numbers like Echo
Echo allows you to call (non-video) mobile and landline numbers. Almost went with that instead of Portal but ultimately picked Portal. Would like to see that though.

MORE STORIES FOR STORY TIME PLEASE!!!
It is a no brainer. We are all stuck in our homes. I love being able to talk to my grandchildren who live all over the country...Philadelphia, Durango and LA. THEY LOVE STORY TIME!! As, obviously, do I!! But we have exhausted the supply of stories available and have read each one several times. Would it be possible to add more stories? It is such a nice feature but if that is all that is available it is rather disappointing. Thanks for considering adding a lot more stories!!!

I would definitely like to be able to go live from my different business pages.
I would like to be able to go live from more than just my personal page I have a few business pages and would like to be able to reach out to specific people instead of having to go live on my personal page

Battery, all contacts, more apps allowed.
Allow other apps to be loaded. Foxnews should be standard. Not only liberal stations. Need both sides. All numbers should be allowed even through iPhone. Should be mobile. Battery operated. And I bought 5 of these. 2 for wedding present and 3 for my family to keep in touch during time of isolation. Very helpful but many blocks to its use. It’s like we get started then we are so limited.

Enable use of bluetooth headphones for audio for Workplace calls.
Only able to use my airpods pro for messenger calls at the moment. Doesn't work with workplace. Support said that it should work for spotify but I have not been able to get that to work too. When connected to my airpods pro, music still comes out from the portal's speakers.

A gallery view (similar to zoom) would be very useful, often the portal really struggles with the right video setup especially with 2 people on

Make video recording longer
Photo booth only allowed 30 Sec videos. We need the ability to record as long as we like as portal is like a personal cameraman and you can record your own classes shows etc. Definitely a necessity. Please make happen. Thanks

Add a ethernet port to enable greater connectivity
A ethernet port to the portal tv would allow greater connectivity to the portal increasing call quality by having a direct link to a homes Internet network and not sharing a crowded WiFi network

Can you please have an option to move or remove the picture of myself in the bottom right hand side of TV.

PORTAL TV- please allow for manual zoom In and all the way out
Please allow for the camera to zoom all the way out so they can still see my whole body. The portal tv keep zooming in closer. I want the other person to be able to see my full body, feet included.
