    We are a frequent user of Zoom & Google Hangouts Meet. I currently use those services on my laptop. It would be nice if I can use Portal to connect with Zoom & GHM.

  3. Donation program for nursing home/resident homes during this isolation time of our country.

    My heart breaks to hear nursing home and residence homes are closed to their families and dying alone. I was thinking how wonderful for each resident/client could have a device like Portal and be connected to love ones. I just know that your company that produce these devices and the cellphone companies would donate. I don't know how to initiate this and was hoping you could connect me with your company administrators/CEO to see if they would consider this donation program to affected areas Thank you

  5. Add a calendar function for scheduling appointments with an audio reminder; targeting elderly parents.

    Calendar app that could be programmed (locally/remote) with doctor, hair and other appointments as well as medication reminders for elderly parents. Allow for an audio or visual reminder.

  8. Portals in hospitals

    Please consider donating portal devices to hospitals so patients can stay connected with love ones. It is so wonderful that they are able to FaceTime but for those that are having to rely on hospital staff to hold phones up the Portal will be an invaluable lifeline.
    I would be happy to donate in anyway that I can. I have lost my job but will find away to help bring this joy to others.

  9. Smart camera doesnt pan/crop correctly with multiple parties on a call

    I just had a call with two others. One of them was using a Portal TV, and the other a portal mini. The one with the Portal TV had 2 people in the frame (each on one side of the frame), however in the split-screen view from my perspective didn't crop their image correctly so all I was left with half of each of the cut off and only the emptiness between the two of them visible. Not very helpful!

  10. LTE/5G Cellular Version

    A LTE or 5G cellular ready version of the portal. There are many senior citizens that could benefit from the portal, especially during this quarantine, but many do not have internet connections at home. I recently ran into this problem when I setup my 90 year old grandfather with a portal. He lives in a rural part of Kentucky and does not have an internet connection.   11. Improve audio and video quality

    I bought portal tvs for my family this year to better stay in touch but the audio and video quality is horrible! The internet speed is not the issue (300mbps down, 20mbps up), we have tried connected between 5 different households and it's the same thing. portal tv to portal tv calls have terrible video quality. If someone calls from their laptop, the video quality is much better on the receiving end. Worse than the video though is the audio quality.   12. The Portal needs another option for the "ring". It's currently a chime and even at its highest volume, my elderly mom cannot hear it.

    It would be good to have different ring tone options. Given this device is excellent for the elderly this is important. I just set up the Portal for my mom but, even with the volume at its max, she is having trouble hearing the chimes ring when she's receiving a call.

  18. Partner with Disney and nichelodeon

    Please create more stories with known characters and children’s favourite books eg Chica chicks boom boom, Room on the Broom, the gruffalo etc etc. I’ve been wishing for the story time app like this forever as a divorced parent who spends a lot of time with his kids on video chat.
