2. Portal TV - Bluetooth Headset Microphone

   Requesting the ability to utilize a Bluetooth headset in full to include the microphone with Portal TV. Currently, only the headset earphones work when synced, while Portal TV microphone remains active.

4. Portal Phone Book

   In the Settings, one would be "Phone book'
   You can become listed in the "Phone book" with and on/off toggle
   You can set and change your "Phone book" name at any time.

   When you're ON, anyone can find you and call you from any other Portal, if they use the search name you specified.

   This allows people that may NOT be on your Messenger list, but IS another Portal user to call, without being added as a friend in Messenger.

   Also, a twist on this that would open Portal up to more business use and group use.

   In the same panel where you can enable this "Phone book" listing you can also add an identifier that would add you to a Group Call list.

   If your Doctor, Group or organization placed a call to the specific group call identifier that represented the group of people that added this identifier on this page in the Portals' set up, everyone on the list would get a call.

   You can allow multiple group call identifiers

   This would open Portal up to more casual calling.

9. Allow contacts to join a group call with a link.

   In a similar way that a link can be sent to contacts to allow them to join a room, provide a way to create a link that can be sent to contacts allowing them to join a group call. One advantage is that Facebook Portal users can answer a group call with a voice command, without having to tap the screen several times to join a room, and then be able to chat with contacts who use the link to connect to the call.

10. Five things to change the game for Portal+

    I LOVE my portal+.
    Theres’ several areas I would like to suggest for improvements

    1. The option to turn off the auto find and panner. Zoom has this feature. It's awesome. Facebook live needs that too)
    2. A way to select the area to focus on (place and exposure)
    3. A way to control the exposure more. I’m a painter and I’m in decent light but my art is always over exposed. I would love to control that.
    4. A big one… the ability to use the USB-C port to add a microphone. This would be the major game changer for people who want to use this professionally for their business. (Facebook lives and zoom calls) The microphone is very hollow and echoey. It works but it’s not clean.
    5. The ability to record and export in 1080. (So far my Facebook lives are 420p export size.

    I hope you take this as a user that is crazy impressed with your product….. but these changes would alter the game for so many people.

11. Zoom just released their 27 inch hardware device but.....

    So zoom just released their 27 inch hardware device for those working from home right now but here is the catch. Its 600 dollars? As a business owner im much more likely to purchase my employee's a webcam and headset at 1/3 that price and recoup. On the high side they have hardware for zoom rooms that you can purchase by either adding more overhead at a minimum of $75 dollars a month or by purchasing outright at thousands of dollars per device. On the low end which also has its pitfalls you can go the webcam route but that is not the most efficient or the most pleasant p2p experience. so far we have enterprise hardware at 4000 zooms new work from home hardware at 600 and then a webcam and headset at 150-250. If you took the portal tv and then installed bulk purchased speakers (which im sure you would buy in bulk anyway), install the speakers into the device, drop zoom video on it and re release it as portal tv+ or whatever you would like for $250 then you wouldn't even be able to keep up with the demand from business owners like me trying to pick dozens of these up to equip my workers from home. This would hit dead center on an up tapped market and would probably increase the profit on your devices unless you had to reengineer the whole device to incorporate speakers but my guess is the chip inside already can be wired for them.

    Allow Bluetooth to be paired for certain tasks. When using the portal TV I want the sound to come out of the TV audio, when playing music through Alexa feature I'd like that to go via the speaker in the room.

15. Add Messenger/the ability to send recorded videos to be viewed on Portal

    Would LOVE to be able to send a video (recorded video, not a live video chat) for someone to be able to view on their Portal! Whether that is accessing Facebook Messenger to send text/video via Messenger from Facebook or whatever. I bought a Portal for my grandparents to be able to videochat them, but I'd love to be able to send them videos too! (They are not Facebook/computer users beyond Portal)

16. Hospital Long term patients

    My husband has been a patient is the hospital since June 2nd. He has been in 4 hospital three ICU's I had already purchased portals so we could stay in tough with great grandchildren But when he went in we purchase another one to send to the hospital He has asked me to try to get Portal's for hospital patients and families. Not having family or visitors has played heavely on his emotions and fight to get better. He has been able to visit with family daily and recently started reading a chapter book with his 8 year old great grand daughter. I can not tell you how much this has help him They have been reading together since she was born. Recently his Doctor called wanting information about the portal for another family with a long term patient This morning, he told me that they purchased one and set it up and now he has a patient working to get better. How can we make that happen for other families. I that am reaching out to you to see if you have ideas on how we can make this happen

18. Improved Portal+ microphones and add jacks for external mics

    Audio quality on Portal+ is awful, especially when sharing (recording) live music. Please improve the microphones and audio capabilities to handle live music, like piano and organ recitals. Also, add jacks for using eternal mics.
