Allow other sources of photos for Superframe
It would be great if we could show photos from other sources on the Superframe, such as Google Photos, OneDrive, Amazon Photos, Flickr, etc.

This is one of the most confusing hardware partnerships ever: it comes with Alexa but lacks key features found on all Echo Show devices including support for Amazon Photos and Apple Music. Please fix this! It would be even better if Meta Portal would be an IMPROVEMENT over the vanilla Amazon Echo Show, not a stripped down version.

Google photos would be great.
For what it's worth though, in the meantime if you want to set up something like Megan then you can create a shared gallery on Facebook that is restricted to the contributors and set to be displayed on the Portal and upload photos there in bulk. Works for my grandma :)

I'm surprised it doesn't allow Amazon Photos to show since it has Alexa build it.

Email upload would be great too! My grandmother has a digital picture frame that we all send photos to. If we Could simplify her tech needs by having this allow for video chats and also for us to be able to send photos to her Portal rather than the frame, that would be amazing!

I've got around 4000 photos I'd like to view in Superframe, shot in RAW on a mirrorless camera and Lightroom on iPhone then developed and exported from Lightroom Classic into a standard folder structure on Windows.
It's hard to see how to get these on Portal+ at the moment. Facebook albums doesn't support bulk upload, let alone sync from a folder, and neither does Instagram. The photos aren't on my camera roll so can't be uploaded from there.
The photos are synced to OneDrive and Amazon Photos already, so support for either of those would be great from my perspective.
Not everyone (particularly enthusiatic photographers) shoots exclusively on mobile and has only a handful of photos that can be manually pushed around...

I think Google photos should be a priority - Not difficult to implement - Nothing to build from scratch

I’d like to add photos from my NAS. Is that possible?

The portal mobile app allows you to add whatever photos you would like. And for you guys that want Instagram, simply add the Instagram album from your phones gallery.
