Integrate with messenger for kids
Since this is focused on the kids and keeping families connected. It would be nice to have the ability to integrate messenger for kids in,instead of it only having all of my contacts which is numerous.
I only want to see the 3-4 people on my calling list. Not my entire friends list.

The only reason I bought this is so I can connect to grandchildren with Messenger kids. They can’t keep taking their parents phone!

I want Messenger Kids to come to the UK and support for Portal Go.
My daughter lives with her mum and I want a safe and easy way to video call her.
A smartphone isn't the answer. -

How embarrassing we asked for these over echo shows and it doesn’t even work with its own products haha. If we are using this with our kids why can’t they use messenger kids? I need to lie about my kids ages and get their friends to lie about their ages or it is just a Bluetooth speaker or a device to only call adults.

Glad I searched for this before buying. Was about to buy several so all of the kids/grandkids could keep in touch with grandparents and cousins. Definite facebook fail to not connect to kids messenger!

The whole reason I purchased the portal is to connect with my grandchild who has a Messenger for kids account. It is ridiculous that we can connect from my iPhone or tablet but not portal! If I have accepted the request from a kids account it should be allowed on portal. Doesn’t make sense. I will return the portal.

It is time to integrate messenger kids! If the point of Portal is to keep loved ones connected why aren’t we able to call kids (with approved messenger kids accounts)? And why won’t the Portal ring if a child using messenger kids attempts to call us?! Seems a bit ridiculous and sad that this issue has not been resolved in almost 3 years.

I agree, we bought it to keep the little ones connected. I don’t want to worry about who they can access on my or another adults account. Please add messenger for kids.

I bought this trying to make it easier for everyone especially the kids so they stop taking our phones. No kids messenger is a joke.

My kids is mostly around his portal, and he uses it to talk to his remote family. Only makes sense that he can use his own Messenger kids account. Having to rely on Facebook accounts run into issues between the adults.
