Keyboard/Mouse support
The portal has a very good browser, unfortunately without a keyboard and a mouse the experience is really bad, I tried connecting a Bluetooth keyboard and it didn’t work, I also tried using a USB type C otg adapter to connect to regular USB keyboard but it didn’t work, which are things that I do with my Amazon echo show 2, I also connect a 2.4ghz remote and use it to control youtube.com/tv website which is a very good experience using YouTube on the echo show making it looks exactly like the TV. another thing that I cannot do on the portal devices.

What’s the point of zoom in the Portal with no on screen keyboard. How are we supposed to enter login details?

I would like to reset the factory settings but without a keyboard I'm at a loss we bought this portal for my 83 yrs old mother in law so she could see and talk to her great/grandchildren since we live in Florida and she lives in New Jersey and for a year there were no problems till now anyone have any ideas?

Same here the Portal experience is extremely hobbled without a functioning keyboard/mouse option. I have attempted to connect two MS BT mice and no connection results. This is an expensive partially functioning toy, that needs updates!!!

The Logitech multi-device K380 keyboard (bluetooth) works for my portal (I have the Portal Plus). Now I'm just trying to find a mouse that works.

The fact that this product is voice driven with no option for a voice keyboard is ridiculous. I bought this for my 72-year-old father. Now he can use messenger video and look at Facebook but is too insecure to comment because the keyboard is terrible. A talk to text feature should have been basic.

today, I identified a problem with the tracking on my camera. Support suggested I report the problem in great detail on my portal TV (settings, Help) but I will not be doing that using the on screen keyboard. I would if the Portal had a 'proper' keyboard available
