Video Calls to Tech Support
You offer email, chat and PHONE support for Portal and Portal+ but no ability to USE Portal to call in for support. Why not have the ability to speak to a technician at Portal and Facebook about Portal and USE Portal to do it?
We've had video phones for years and yet I don't know of a single business you can call with one. It has baffled me for a long time. It's your product, why not help make the move to integrate video calling into our everyday world and normalize what should be an easy action to become comfortable - Seeing and hearing the person we're talking to (if we want).
Side comment having nothing to do with Portal but extends my point further: I think it's weird that fast food restaurants don't use cameras along with the mic and speaker system used currently at their drive-thrus. We humans are weird animals.
