The only reason I bought the Portal was for the transfer feature. I was able to communicate with my daughter who lives in another state. Then one day it was gone. I spend months on the phone with tech support telling me it was a technical issue that was being worked on. Now I got an email saying that they are doing away with the feature. I bought my portal through Amazon so I can no longer return because I spent so many months waiting for the repair. The portal is useless to me now and I feel ripped off! Facebook should really do something about this. I really is not fair at all!
