My remote control for my Portal TV is damaged - I would like to be able to purchase a replacement - any suggestions?

    I have just bought one of eBay and it has no remote I can't bloody use it

    I have the exact same thing and can’t seem to get hold of anymore to help. I’ve gone through the help centre on Facebook it’s self but still no help. I’m at a loss, there was no problem buying one!

    Our dog took our Portal remote. When we found it, he had clamped down on the main remote button and nothing works. How can we order a new one?
