Stop it mirroring image on facebook live - makes it useless for text.
I purchased portal for streaming lectures, but I cant use facebook live as it mirrors the image making it useless for text on a whiteboard.
It works fine for calls, but that is no good for seminars for groups that can then keep the video.
It seems very basic, and is an obvious problem. Who in their right mind would chose to mirror the image in the first place?!

Facebook TV portal does NOT have the option so videos you send are reversed. Such a shame and fraudulent sales pitch. Please be responsible and resolve this.

They finally fixed it!!!!! So happy. It's in the gear icon on the Facebook live. I have been having this problem for four months. Now they finally fixed it.

I’m a musician who hoped to use Portal for streaming shows from home to Facebook Live. Sounds reasonable, given that the service and the product are both owned by Facebook.
Currently (July 2020) the iOS Facebook app has a ‘horizontal flip’ tool but, for some crazy reason this tool was REMOVED in an update for Android users in Selfie mode. Portal would be a brilliant live stream system that I would recommend widely via the U.K. Musicians Union, but - for some insane reason - it’s been designed to reverse text on screen as David says, also making right-handed people look left-handed and vice-versa!

Specifically add this option for Portal TV, please! I know you can switch the mirroring in Facebook Live, but Facebook Live doesn't work on Portal TV yet.
