How can we improve the Portal family of products?

Facebook Portal does work with Facebook Messenger for Kids!!!

The main thing I want to do with Portal is talk to my grandkids. But, after several frustrating attempts, I was told Facebook Portal does not support Facebook Messenger for Kids!!!! Is this true????
That makes no sense. If this is true, I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this device.

    Its true I emailed the company all I got was sorry and write on this forum what a crock. Too late to get my money back and I bought 2 for keeping in touch with the younger kids in family now its a paper weight 😒
