Replacing remote control
You are the only people that I know of who do not supply replacement remote controls. WHY!!! I ASK. It means that if you need a replacement control you have to buy the complete system. NO WAY!!! is anybody doing that. So it is time that the Big Boss’s upstairs should be sorting this out NOW as a priority. We are now in the 21st century!!!!

This has to be a joke right!? So the remote control breaks and the whole kit has to be replaced - ABSOLUTELY NO WAY - For Heavens sake Facebook get your act together. The product, packaging and service is great, what can your manufacturing people be thinking? Of course you have to supply replacements.

I have also misplaced my remote. Well my 3 year old has. We've only used our tv portal twice. This is disgusting it’s not cheap to buy, and now the kids can’t play the games and interact with their friends.

I agree 100%. I just recently received the portal tv as a gift from my youngest grown son & Ive misplaced the remote before having a chance to use it yet. This is so wrong to have to repurchase the entire system again.
