Improve instructions for adding new accounts
I just wasted an hour trying to add a new account because neither the Portal instructions (nor the troubleshooting steps, nor the Help agent via the chat), did not differentiate between entering the code on the device of the person being added to the Portal, versus the person who already has access to the Portal. (I cannot possibly be the only person with this issue...) Thanks!
