Portal TV is a great idea! Poorly executed as software is unstable and I've had to factory reset several times. It's unfortunate that it seems to be following a completely different software development stream than your standard Portal devices. If I had known that it was going to be this unstable, I would never have been an early adopter and purchased 2 of them :( Your Chat Support desk is very responsive, but unfortunately they can't fix your software issues(which I believe is related to your WhatsApp account integration), so in the end, resolution was via a factory reset.
