Again for the Elderly. With older fingers the spin wheel on the remote is tough to navigate. There needs to be an accessible remote that has actual buttons up down left right and OK in the center. My 93 year old mother in law enjoys using the portal, however it takes her a while to answer the calls because the remote is so small
