I want to be able to mute audio when a customer walks into my store. Since there isn't a "mute" button on the device (to mute the audio playing) I wanted to stream the audio to my Echo Dot, which does have a physical "mute" button on the device. I set up the Portal, connected the Dot and was excited when I could stream audio to it. Then when I went to video chat with my other store, the audio switched back to the Portal! So you can't stream the audio from video chat to another device. That seems so odd, so please let it stream the audio from the Portal to another device during a video call.
