Portal TV - use built in speaker to improve echo problems
I am posting this again even though multiple users have already raised this issue. Come on Facebook, it should be easy to add this setting on Portal TV!
Please could the developers include an option on the Portal TV to ONLY use the built in speaker? This is the only way I am able to get it to work without echoing (I have already tried other troubleshooting steps). A surprising number of people I know returned their Portal TV because of problems with echo, which would be mostly fixed by allowing a user to change this setting, since the built in speaker doesn't cause the echo problems most of the time.
At the moment, the way I use the internal speaker is:
(1) Connect a bluetooth speaker to Portal TV
(2) start a Messenger call on Portal TV
(3) turn off the bluetooth speaker
(4) the Portal TV then defaults to its own built in speaker - which works PERFECTLY (no echo).
This has been submitted on here multiple times - originally all the way back in December 2019 and it is STILL not fixed!
It is possible to change this setting in the Zoom app - please add it to the general settings for the device so that we can have this setup for Messenger calls.
I think we would all really appreciate it :)
