Slideshow Glitches and/or Fixes Portal Go
Why does the photo slideshow turn off so quick? Should be a setting to keep it on however long you want. Also, the slideshow often freezes on certain pics instead of cycling back through all pics. What's the point of a slideshow if you have to keep resetting it?

same problems, i even reduced sizes of each photos (now all is less than 1MB and average of 1080p)...

I too, am having the same issues described by others but see no support or answers. Ridiculous. This product was fantastic when we purchased (portal+) but Meta appears determined to ruin their product.

I have over two hundred photos on my Portal yet it is only showing about 10. How can I fix the glitch? So many other people seem to be having the same problem.

Perhaps we should report them on trades description grounds. They’re selling a product with a specific feature that does not work in the way it’s described.

Same problem, driving us mad. Why can't it just scroll through them all and start again. Case of trying to be too clever and ruining the product!!!!

My portal also freezes, usually on a single picture. It even freezes when I am using Portal Albums.

Just bought a Portal Go a few days ago and am hitting exactly the same problem. The Facebook album I enabled for the Portal Go has around 70 photos in it and it refreshes the same one or two pictures all the time. Have reset it, but no joy. This is a definite bug and proper testing would have found it in an hour (over lunch break). Not good.

I have the same issue - seems to stick on one picture. If I upload photos using the portal app the portal has to be rebooted to show them

Not sure if you are using Facebook or Portal albums, but I've found the Portal albums better. I've reported the freezing / repeated pictures but was just told to factory reset...
