So very disappointed that the Facebook Live app was removed. That's one of the huge benefits to having a portal and really the only reason I literally just bought one. Not happy. Am I able to get a refund? Or will you PLEASE BRING IT BACK?

I specifically bought the portal to use the Facebook live feature for my business and without it the device is completely useless to me! Please Please Please bring it BACK!!!

The main reason I bought 2 Portals was to use Facebook Live!!!! Please bring it back, otherwise these Portals are useless for 90% of the people I am guessing!!! I also use to connect with individual loved ones but you can only have so many in at a time. With Live I can have anyone on page watch and respond! This was a crucial App that you have taken away!!! The whole point of it was that you cannot have Live follow you on any other device except the Portals! That is why we buy it!!!

Does anyone from Portal really monitor this feedback? Do you feel deceived from false advertisement of the Facebook Live being offered at the time of your purchase and now removed? Vote to add it back!! Bring back Facebook Live!!

I purchased my portal because it advertised Facebook Live as a feature. Now it’s disabled. This is False Advertisement and I want a refund. Those of us who purchased it when it advertised Facebook Live as a feature should seek out a class action lawsuit if they do not add Facebook Live back for those of us who bought it after it was added and advertised as having the app. I’m highly disappointed that it was removed. It’s useless to me. I don’t care what other features it has.

I bought mine too just for Facebook Live. It’s useless to me without it. Although I bought mine last year, I’d like a refund if it is not coming back. False advertisement now that it’s removed. So disappointed.

Same for us. I bought it specifically because it featured Facebook Live and I was recommended to purchase one from a Facebook employee. I’d like my money back too. I bought the most expensive one just for Facebook Live. It’s useless to me now. Logging into Facebook, the option for Live Video is also disabled. So disappointed. I want a refund.

The sole purpose for our purchasing the Facebook portal was to use it for Facebook live!!!!! This was a fabulous feature and we are all so disappointed that you would remove it. We spent good hard earned money on this portal that is now worthless to us because we used it constantly for Facebook live! We are requesting you to please, please, please bring it back.

I’m very disappointed in this move. I purchased my portal to do lives for my business. It’s so much easier to cook and be live with portal.

Bring back facebook live!

I have a new big Portal & can't use to do my Facebook Live on it. My smaller one the Facebook Live Disappeared. I bought a bigger one. Now I am out for 2 Portals. I want Facebook live back.

This is the only reason, why I bought Facebook Portal plus. Facebook Live is the main product that we use in our organization. The team that brought the suggestion to remove Facebook Live, should be demoted or fired. It was a bad decision and should be reversed as soon as possible. Or I suggest everybody that has Facebook Portal, should return the product for a complete refund, because what other reason is there for Facebook portal, since our phones have the sufficient capacity to make messenger calls. And workplace live is a bad option, since Facebook is the platform that is dominant. Bring back Facebook Live as as soon as possible.

This decision has made this a useless frame for me. I purchased this specifically to use with cooking videos on facebook. Very disappointed and would like a refund.
