I bought two Portals one for home the other for church In order to go live on FB. I’ve told many people about the Portal because it was hands free & large screen and now we are unable to use the Portal. We are very disappointed and hope you will reconsider bringing Facebook Live back, otherwise it’s no use to us. PLEASE RECONSIDER!

This is very disturbing.. I was not aware of the change and spent about an hour trying to get it to work. The main purpose for purchasing the portal was to be able to go LIVE in m Facebook groups in order to do demonstrations. Please please bring this feature back.

Facebook Live is the reason we bought the Portal. Can we get a refund because it is worthless to us without it.

I was unaware that this change was coming, so when I went to livestream a worship session on Wednesday, March 2, I was confused why it didn't work.

Livestreaming via Portal was the singular reason why I purchased three portals during the pandemic.

Like others on this thread the reason I purchased the FACEBOOK Portal was to use the Facebook Live feature. Please bring it back or provide a pathway for refunds…time to stand by your products, Facebook/Meta.

It’s horrible that the reason I bought the portal has been removed! The Facebook live feature is why I purchased this. Do we get some compensation for this inconvenience. This is really a bad decision on your behalf. Please reconsider putting this feature back!

Such a poor decision from Facebook, new user will buy this device thinking Live is available as no proper announcement has been made.

Please KEEP Facebook LIVE on Portal. It's the only app that I use on the Portal device. I have purchased multiple Portals for friends and family specifically to use Facebook LIVE (for personal and business purposes).

Like so many others, I purchased the Portal Plus STRICTLY for doing Facebook Live for our sales meetings. It does this very good. Don't take functionality away from a good product. It's not useful otherwise.

As of Feb 28, 2022 on the portal website, Portal units are being sold with the understanding that they support Facebook Live. I feel duped after purchasing my portal only 6 months ago. I cannot fathom removing an app that you are currently advertising as a feature.

I got portal plus last month. I love it. Now, FB live s being removed from Portal on the 28th of Feb. I am so upset. Please DON’T REMOVE IT.

I don’t understand why you guys would remove this feature. It’s like our family and friends can tune into our “LIVE LIFE” like a radio station.

This featured allowed me to spend time with my family without physically being there, because of all the portals they have through out their home. Why would you get rid of a feature that allows family and friends come together. In a time of a pandemic that's keeping everyone apart. Poor choice

This feature allowed us to see our family on a big screen in every room, we bought three portals because of the feature. It made it feel like our friends and family were in the room with us when we couldn’t be together in person. Please don’t remove your best feature!

Stop Facebook from removing app on Feb 28th , please vote . This is the only reason why I bought 2 portal plus . This is a huge inconvenience and we should be compensated.

Facebook many customers weren't happy about this in 2021 and now your removing it again ??

Why are you removing Facebook LIVE APP feature when that is literally the only reason why I bought these two devices? I need to be compensated for this , I bought 2 $500 devices and now your taking the feature away.
