4. External Speaker Connectivity

   I don't buying a USB-C to Audio IN adapter but since using the USB C voids the warranty ( !!!!) PLEASE make it consumer usable. Bluetooth is great but if I am streaming music I want to hear throughout the whole first floor (like I currently use my Echo Dot for), I need to be able to truly connect (not Bluetooth) a good external speaker! This also piggybacks on someone else's request to Allow Portal to work with Alexa's Multi-Room Music ...

7. I am going to need some video support for my ring doorbell and wyze cams. I bought 4 portals for my family instead of echo shows.

   Video support for smart cameras. It would also make a great Directv now streaming device. You could be in the kitchen cooking and watching some games or kitchen shows.

8. remote administration

   Allow remote administration to change settings. Got my mom one and due to another issue related to the superframe not shutting off and keeping her awake, she had the staff in her retirement community 400 miles away just unplug it. Other simple photo frames allow this.

10. Allow photos for Superframe from a private group

    I'm strongly considering purchasing a Portal+ for my parents as a Mother's and Father's Day gift, however I'm a bit hesitant.

    My wife and I live in California, and my parents live in St. Louis. We FaceTime regularly so they can watch our daughter grow up and keep in touch, but they are TERRIBLE at keeping themselves in frame. Portal obviously addresses this issue.

    However, we are also considering this as a solution to easily share photos with them, and replace their dated 'digital photo frame'. Superframe seemed to be an elegant solution.

    However after doing some digging on the current feature set, I have decided that it does not suffice. We want to be able to only share pictures of our toddler to a private facebook group..which, if you remember was highly touted at F8 last week ;)

    Issue:
    Currently, to my understanding, Superframe only allows the user to select their own albums. Therefore, if my mother were to create a private album to populate Superframe, my wife and I could not add photos without logging into my mothers account. I would want it to be a private album, because I do not want to be sharing numerous intimate photos of my child to all of facebook.

    Solution:
    Integrate facebook groups (both public and private) as a option while selecting photos for Superframe.

    Is this something on your product roadmap?

    Also, are you hiring product managers? ;)

11. Ability to tilt the screen

    I have a 17 month old and if she is sitting on the floor my in laws have a hard time seeing her so we have to take the portal off the desk and put it on a chair or even the floor

13. Make ALL settings editable from the portal itself, don't make me install the app to do all types of settings changes.

    It would be great if the favorites friends list (and other features) could be fully edited (like removing people) from the device itself. It's a bad UX to force me to install the app and then manage it that way. Kinda clunky experience

18. I would like to be able to adjust the microphone level so it would be easier for my elderly fathers voice to operate his portal.

    I would like to be able to attach my portal to a swiveling wall bracket so it can swivel as needed and be out of the way when not in use. Similar to a tv attachment method.

20. Add a video-out port like a mini-HDMI or thunderbolt to connect to a larger display

    I think it would be nice if there would be a way to connect the device to a TV or external monitor... like a mini-HDMI or thunderbolt port... that way you could take advantage of a larger monitor to see who you were talking to while still using the Portal’s camera to show yourself to them.
