    Hello Ben,

Thanks for getting back to us at Portal Support regarding your order. I understand you've cancelled your first order, I appreciate you letting me know.

As for how to pay for the order, our system automatically processes the order when it's ready to ship. I'm not sure why the email you received told you to update your payment method, so we will be looking further into that.

Regarding your new order, I reviewed it and I noticed it has been cancelled. I understand that this order may have been canceled in error so our team will look into this further to determine what happened and follow up with you as soon as we have an update via email.

While our team is reviewing the order, it is important that you do not create any new orders during this time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

As I know this may not be the answer you were hoping for, I personally would recommend submitting your feedback through the Portal UserVoice Channel, as UserVoice goes directly in front of those who can make changes.

    Your email informs me
"It looks like there was an issue with the payment information you provided.

To complete your order, please click the “View Order” button below to update your payment information.

You may need to contact your payment issuer to remove any holds related to this order before reusing the same information or add a new payment method."

But, I do that and on my order page I see no option to update payment information.. https://portal.facebook.com/order_view/?b=1020511758749312&n=1IAn9t1ITDPRL63qwNrLXBMG1Ztw3EDE

What am I supposed to do?
