Install Mozilla Thunderbird:
Download and install Mozilla Thunderbird on your computer.
Configure Thunderbird:
Set up Thunderbird with an email account that supports MBOX format, such as Gmail.
Import MBOX Files:
Use the "ImportExportTools" add-on in Thunderbird to import MBOX files.
Select the specific folders you want to export.
Export to EML:
Export the emails to EML format using Thunderbird.
Use Outlook Express (Optional):
If Thunderbird is not suitable, you can use Outlook Express to import EML files and then export them as PST.
Convert EML to PST:
Use a third-party tool or Outlook itself to import the EML files and export them to PST format.
