Add other languages to Portal, Spanish, French, German, etc. and allow Portal to learn command from users. Phones and software have already these capabilities.
Portal is very easy to set up, for someone speaking English, but very difficult for non-speaking English people. It is very difficult to help someone doing the installation over the phone.
