Include a manual that can be printed for the older generation.
Would have liked to have a paper manual included or somewhere I could have printed it out. I am 60 plus and using this device to communicate with my husband while away from the home with short term memory loss, he need a picture with writing for him to understand, doesn’t do anything regarding the computer.

Many of us are buying this to connect to our aging folks. With all the features they keep planning to add I’m afraid that this product can turn into a big iPad that’s connected to the wall. I created an idea for a ultra-simple mode where there are nothing but the ability to make and receive calls and where everything is automatic. None of this turn off manual mode or select a face... ugh. Please consider voting for it.
