Believe there should be a user guide available for portal. There's too much for us older heads to try to remember when we may want to tweak.

I feel like this Portal is marketed to very specific demographics, including older consumers who are FAR MORE LIKELY to be read/write learners. They want to read a piece of paper; highlight information; make notes. I understand not wanting to include a User Guide with each Portal, but it seems silly that there's no PDF that someone could print if they so choose.
