Make Pandora connectivity available outside continental US
As it is, its only available in the continental US. Not in the territories.

Portal should live up to its purpose of connecting loved ones "if you can't be there, feel there." Families are sometimes separated because of work or choices in life that lead them to be far from each other. If Portal help them to "feel there" then it should have the flexibility to be available for use around the globe.
