Messenger Kids is not compatible with Portal. That doesn't make sense, as Messenger is.
Messenger Kids should be made compatible with the Portal.

This doesn’t make any sense at all! I hate to be sorry on a purchase! I bought 3 so my Mom who’s in a nursing home, and I can keep in touch with granddaughter. SO useless! And so very dissatisfied. I researched the heck out of this too. Now I need to make sure the general public know of this faulty decision!

I agree wholeheartedly! Kids should be able to call family using Kids Messenger on their own devices!
