Recording Voice for Better Voice Recognition Especially for People with Abnormal Speech
The Portal should have a setting to record your voice for better voice recognition. I have cerebral palsy and it doesn't recognize my voice even though it does for others with "normal" speech.

There should be a way to record a name and associate it with a contact. Portal voice recognition is really bad, especially for any non-American/Anglo sounding names.

This is also a problem for some elderly people who are unable to project their voices Or where the picture of their voice isn’t easily recognized
