Allow the story teller to be the person using the Messenger or Portal App on their phone and not just the user using a Portal device.

My use case is that i'm away for work a lot and I would like to use the service to tell my child a story before bed. But i dont want to carry a portal around with me when I'm on the road. I just want to use the app on my phone to call my son on the portal TV at home.
Currently the words in story time are only provided to someone using a portal device and not the app, which is preventing me do this with my toddler.
It would be lovely if this could be enabled!
