We need to ability to chat with the person with whom we are on a video because my elderly parents can't hear well. For example, Zoom. In the video chat, we can also text/chat. This would be extremely helpful and I'd buy it immediately. right now my dad has a device for his landline phone that translates my voice to text so he can read what I'm saying, and he just replies back to me. So if I can only have one device, texting is a better option over a device like Portal.
