Explicitly advise to change English Language setting to US/Canada to activate "Hey Portal" features
As a UK user, the website wasn't clear enough that I needed to change the language settings to US/Canada activate the "Hey Portal" features.
Considering I chose the language settings before I could experience using portal, it was very frustrating to resolve this issue and was only after contacting the email support team did this become clear.
