My mum 90 was fine until she got confused with call feedback... be customer centric have the option to switch this off it ruins the experience

This is the most frustrating thing I have with the service. I facetime at least once a day, and its getting to really pi$$ me off. Once a week/month, is no problem, I will be happy to give them the feedback for a service they provide, but every single time is excessive.

Completely agree, and I'm commenting here so that the software people see this thread again. Asking for call quality gives me the absolute sh*ts, I hate it, it is absolutely the worst part of the app. Everyone is on 5G now, their call was absolutely fine. Maybe ask once every ten calls, or use a speed meter to work out if the call may have been affected before asking. It's not a Yelp review where getting 5 stars is beneficial.

I note there's now a campaign online to give the call only One Star and randomly choose a reason for the vote. That should tell you how annoying this feature is. PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE turn it off!

Horrible feature. My mom with dementia touches the screen, messes up the portal, and then it takes someone else to come in and fix it. With COVID, I can't visit her; I can't fix it. It takes days to reset. We must be able to disable this horrible feature. It's counter-productive!

Agree got Portal TV for my parents as my Dad is dying and would allow us to chat with him but mum has poor eyesight and got totally frustrated after first day ttrying to get back to normal TV after receiving a call, she cant see the prompts for quaity feedback and even we cant work out how the F to get back to TV after a call.

yeah , given one of the demographics is the elderly, for them to see this screen after every call is confusing..
lets have an option to remove it
