A lot of older people who would benefit from this service don’t have an internet connection setup. It would be great if they could access this using a dongle for periods of time where they are unable to see people. I was hoping to purchase for my grandparents who are currently self isolating and don’t leave the house often anyway but have been told this will not work by dongle connection which is what I would buy for them.
