How can we improve the Portal family of products?

Enable Portal use with Whatsapp WITHOUT need to also run WhatsApp on mobile phonefor

If you are going to promote Portal as being suitable for "Grandparents" and capable of working with just a WhatsApp account, it must do so without the need to also be running WhatsApp on a mobile phone. If people (particularly elderly) are capable of using WhatsApp on a smartphone, they don't really have a need for Portal !

    Totally....

    You really need portal to be stand alone from Facebook or WhatsApp contacts... You should have at least made it possible to call between portals without needing fb or WhatsApp...
