Add the ability to except more then one incoming calls.
My 92 year old mom is in lock down in a nursing home. She can except a call into the portal but when a second family member calls in and she excepts that call the same way, the first call gets disconnected and then connects to the incoming call. Apparently a second call cannot be taken. The only way to have multiple calls is for her to call in from her end. Very disappointed with this fact.

Yes I have had this issue too. When talking with my husband, my 3 year old granddaughter calls, I want to add her to the call, but the only option I have is to answer to her and hang up on my husband. I would like to be able to just add her into the call when she calls during my other call.
