When I give my phone number, the system says you will return my call. That's good. The problem? I don't know who's calling.

Your number comes up and says it's a call from California, so I dont answer. (I've gotten too many sales call from the government now allowing cell numbers to be sold, allowing sales calls. )

RESOLUTION? Instead of this, use Caller aiD. Set up your phone system so that I get your phone number and the company name. That way, if I'm expecting a call, I will see the name and answer the call.

No Missed Calls. This would be beneficial to your company.
