In terms of Diversity and Inclusion, there are many people who are startled by sudden ring tomes and may be confused as to where they are coming from.

It would be great to be able to personalise a ring tone to say "David is calling you on the Portal..."

Or even better..."David is calling you on the Portal... hey Portal, answer" that would effectively then auto answer the unit. Something that has been repeatedly asked for on this forum.
