How can we improve the Portal family of products?

Allow remote access to the Portal settings via the APP...

Allow remote access to the Portal settings via the APP so that us 'Kids' of 90 something-year-old parents can help sort issues which they cannot ( and just don't understand.)

The Portal is marketed at an older demographic!
