Include packing slip and return label in box
Please include a packing slip and a return label with all information that would be needed for a return. In order to return a portal that was a gift I have to have an awkward conversation with the sender telling them I don't want a portal and asking them for all of the below information:

- Serial Number of the Portal to return:
- Full Name on the Order:
- Shipping Address on the Order:
- Email Address associated with the Order:
- Phone Number associated with the Order:
- Last 4 Digits of the card used:
- Reason:
