I have created a Facebook account for my 91 year old mother so that we can video chat with her via the Portal Plus we purchased and set up for her. She lives in MN, we are in AZ. It would be so nice for me to be able to manage her Portal via the app, to be able to deal with situations where she inadvertently mutes the unit and cannot figure out how to unmute, which takes endless time and frustration to try and deal with over the phone... I can manage her photos that way, which is great, but wish there was a way that I could trouble shoot remotely via the app.
