Purchased the portal TV for use by a disabled person with limited mobility and a soft voice. Fantastic idea for connecting with family without having to hold up a phone, but the “smart” camera means we never actually get to see her - it always picks up and follows someone else. Even when we turn on spotlight, it turns off quickly. Could truly be a great device for people with illnesses like ALS, MS, etc if they just changed this feature.
