Turn the video/audio calling feature off or on for an individual Portal.
There was a feature on Portal to turn video/audio calls off or on. That feature is no longer available.
I have two Portals in the home. One is in my Mom's room. She is elderly and has dementia. I let her listen to music and watch Amazon movies and receive calls. The other one is in my living room.
When someone calls on the Portal, both of them ring and it interrupts her music or movie. She can't talk to it to tell it to resume because she forgets. I have to go in her room and tell it to resume.
I shut it down at a certain time so calls won't disturb her sleeping. I want to leave it on instead of completely turning it off.
She uses video/audio calls when I set it up for her to call someone.
I would like that feature back to turn off video/audio calls on an individual Portal instead of the Do not disturb feature. It doesn't work. If I use the Do not disturb feature on her Portal, it still rings.
I even put it on both Portals and they both ranged when someone called. It would be a great feature if the Portal that does not answer the call resume on its own. I don't know if that is a workable feature.
Please allow users that have more then one Portal in the home to turn off calls on the one we don't want to ring if being used for something else.
