Eliminate the need to say Hey.
I’m not a fan of having to use the phrase Hey to start a voice command. It sounds like slang. When I speak to a person I address them by name, not Hey so and so.

It is hard for dementia patients to remember exact wording. Example my mom says close down instead of hang up.
