have a downloaded remote when user doesn’t have access or has lost their current remote. Very frustrating!!
We took our TV portal to an Airbnb and forgot the remote. When we tried to find a workaround to connect our portal to the Wi-Fi without a remote, we were told that there was no work around or ability to do this. Indeed very frustrating. I would highly recommend the ability to download a remote via an app or through a phone or a way to work around those that do not have access to the remote controls. Thanks!

A phone app for a remote would be extremely useful please
