Your website says "Free delivery
Have your Portal delivered from Facebook anywhere inside supported countries free of charge." And your terms and conditions for sale in EU say "2. LIMITED SHIPPING TERRITORY
Products purchased through the Site will only be shipped to addresses located within the UK, France, Spain or Italy." Nowhere it indicates when shipping to different addresses these have to be in the same country. However, when trying to purchase two of your products and trying to get them shipped to two addresses in different countries, both in the list of supported countries, your website doesn't allow it. Please redesign your website to allow shipment to addresses in different countries as this is not agaisnt your terms and conditions. The whole point of your product is to help people who are far apart connect. Also, if I purchase the items separately, I would not benefit from your current £50 off in multiple purchases, which is discriminatory.
Also, to post this idea the box about agreeing to the storage of my email adress, etc it indicates I can opt out at any time. Well, it is not letting me opt out at the time of posting this idea. Please correct it so that box doesn't have to be ticked to post ideas. In general, please be consistent with what your websites say and how they actually work.
