Portals are very nice, but only while connected. My father-in-law does not have internet, but we were going to setup a FaceBook account for him so family could send him photos and videos. Problem is Portal currently only works while connected.

It would be great if photos and images could be downloaded to a USB/SD card and would continue to be available if the device is offline.
