Train your telephone agents properly.
I have been trying to get help to reset my Portal for MONTHS. Your staff consistently provided incomplete advice on how to achieve this. Then, when I went back and said it hasn't worked, my messages were ignored...no reply to email or messenger p.m. The Portal is a wonderful tool but your support staff are useless apart from Terena who was the only one who provided exactly the information I had been in need of.
